A valuable refuge during Ottoman rule and a hospital for the Italian prisoners during the Nazi occupation, the Monastery of Ag. Triada, Saika, proudly stands on the way to Agrafa, and hidden in its hagiographies (1641 A.D.) and dedicatory inscription lies the secret of its foundation.
